The learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the communication dated 08/06/2024 whereby a request for issuance of validity in favour of daughter of the petitioner was submitted to the Caste Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur, Division Chandrapur, i.e. respondent No.4.

In this backdrop, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.4 with all the relevant documents on or about 09/12/2024.

We direct the respondent No.4 to decide the claim of the daughter of the petitioner for issuance of validity in accordance with law expeditiously.
