The applicant-wife seeks transfer of the proceedings on the ground that it is inconvenient for the applicant to attend the Court at Wardha and the witnesses who are to be examined are all residents of Chandrapur. In my view, the grounds on which the transfer of the proceedings is sought are not sufficient to grant the prayer.
