Since identical questions arise in these writ petitions, they are being decided together by issuing Rule and making the same returnable forthwith.
The learned counsel for the parties submit that the order dated 02/07/2019 passed by the Director of Higher Education
941-WP-6564-19 2/2 as well as the consequential order dated 26/08/2019 passed by the Joint Director of Higher Education impugned in these writ petitions were also impugned in Writ Petition No.6373/2019 (Pravin Balisingh Raghuwanshi vs. State of Maharashtra, Thr. Principal Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Dept. Mantralaya, Mumbai and ors). By the judgment dated 30/06/2022 this Court has allowed the said writ petition and has set aside those orders.
In view of aforesaid by adopting the reasons assigned by this Court in Writ Petition No.6373/2019, these writ petitions are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). As a consequence of this relief, the petitioners would be entitled for consequential benefits flowing therefrom.
