It appears that there is 11 days delay in filing the family court appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, there is no deliberate or intentional delay. There is sufficient cause. As such, application is allowed. The delay caused in filing the family court appeal is hereby condoned. Office to register the family court appeal and numbered accordingly. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of.

After the appeal is registered, issue notice to the respondent, returnable within three weeks.

Call record and proceedings of Petition No.A-52 of 2021 (Old H.M.P. No.146 of 2018) from the Family Court, Buldhana.

7.

There shall be ad-interim ex-parte stay, in terms of prayer Clause (iv), till returnable date.
