DATED : 23 - 2 -202 The respondent has filed on record an affidavit dated 23-2-2022, the relevant portion of which reads thus :

"1.

That, I am the respondent in the present petition. I specifically state that I am willing and ready to vacate the Suit Property by 26.02.2022, since I have to remove some installations like CCTV's, movable blocks, etc.

2.

That, it may also be taken as my undertaking that I shall handover the possession of the suit property on or before 6pm on 26.02.2022 to the petitioner. The same shall be handed over to the authorised person of the petitioner company." 2.

The respondent is personally present in the Court and she confirms having sworn the affidavit after understanding the contents thereof.

In view of the undertaking, the orders impugned are quashed and the petition is disposed of.
