An order passed below Exhibit 123 allowing application for amendment as moved by the defendant nos.5 to 18 is the subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition. It is however seen that the amendment was allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.100/- to the plaintiff. Amount of costs was accepted on behalf of the plaintiff on 12.04.2019.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to examine the challenge as raised to the interlocutory order. The writ petition is therefore dismissed. No costs.

It is open for the plaintiff to challenge the order passed below Exhibit 123 if the occasion arises in appeal. All points on merits are kept open.
