For the reasons separately recorded in the judgment, the Court passes the following order : Subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- by respondent No. 2 to Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur, application is disposed of as allowed in terms of prayer clause (i).

The fee for the learned counsel appointed for the applicant is quantified at Rs.3,000/- (Rs. Three thousand only). Muddemal property - Mobile phone - Vivo make seized in Crime No. 242 of 2019 by Karanja Police Station shall be returned back after deleting its entire data to non-applicant No. 2 after obtaining his acknowledgment.
