President / Secretary, Yavatmal and others reported in 2021(4) Mh.L.J. 514, the decision of grievance committee is only recommendatory in nature, as the said committee is not a quasi-judicial Forum. On this basis, it is submitted that the learned counsel has instructions to withdraw the present petition, in order to pursue such remedies as MP Deshpande
