Heard Mr. Parmar, learned counsel for petitioner. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner for quite some time, Mr. Parmar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of remand passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Nagpur in Criminal Revision No.304/2019 filed by the present petitioner, he wishes to withdraw the present petition. He further submits that necessary directions be given to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nagpur to decide the proceedings, expeditiously as directed by the revisional Court.

Since question of possession is involved, prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is just. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate to decide the proceedings which are remanded back to him by learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Nagpur on 15.11.2021 in Criminal Revision No. 304/2019, within a period of six months from the receipt of this order.
