Leave to correct the name of respondent No.2 is granted. Necessary corrections be made forthwith. 2.

The petitioner has come up with a grievance that application dated 21/06/2025, filed by him seeking furlough, has been not considered till today. The petitioner made a request to consider the furlough leave granted in the year 2024 as a leave for that year and not for the year 2025.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.

In our view, the request is simple and could be decided within seven working days, in fact, it ought to have been decided by now.
