Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4, on instructions, makes a statement that the respondent No.4 is ready and willing to comply with the order dated 16th July, 2025 issued by the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, and filed on record as Annexure-M at Page 61A of this petition.

In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the respondent No.4, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
