CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APL) NO. 773/2018 After the matter was heard for sometime when we expressed that we are not inclined to show indulgence under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the criminal application with liberty to file application for discharge before the trial Court. The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
