DATED : 11 th December, 2020 Heard Shri Karmarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri D. P. Thakare, learned Addl. P.P. who appear by waiving notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Since the charge has been framed against all the accused persons, we do not think that any further direction except for one relating to expeditious trial of the accused persons is required. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial in accordance with law within a period of one year from the date of appearance of all the accused persons before it. It is further directed to ensure that all the accused persons attend the Court in the near future and the case is not adjourned for unjustified reasons or on the flimsy ground.
