Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Upon perusal of the case-diary, it appears that, prima facie, there is a background of love affair between the prosecutrix and this applicant, which could not see its logical end.

Considering the nature of allegations, I do not think that any custodial interrogation of the applicant would be required. The application, therefore, deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 29th September, 2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions. The application is disposed of accordingly.
