On instructions, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application in respect of applicant No.1 with liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court after the charge-sheet is filed.

Leave as prayed for in respect of applicant No.1 is granted and the application is disposed of accordingly. With regard to applicant No.2, it is found that he is in jail since 20/8/2016 and major part of the investigation is over. There are no criminal antecedents to this applicant No.2. Therefore, I am of the view that now applicant No.2 is entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the order.

The application in respect of applicant No.2-Shravan Vijaykumar Jaiswal is allowed and it is directed that he be released on bail on his executing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he shall regularly attend the Court proceedings on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
