The applicant prays for intervention in the matter with a view to assist the Court. However, the question in the present matter is about caste validity of the petitioner and right of the present applicant does not prejudice by anyway. Therefore, we do not feel to permit the applicant to intervene in the matter.

The application for intervention is rejected. Writ Petition 4798/2022 Mrs. Kalyani Deshpande, learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks one week time to keep available the record of the Scrutiny Committee.
