After hearing at sometime, we have expressed our non-inclination to entertain the application. 2.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks for withdrawal.

The application stand disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

It reveals that there are two counter cases arising out of Crime No.729 of 2021 and Crime No.730 of 2021. It is informed that the case arising out of Crime No.730 of 2021 has been committed to the Sessions Court whilst the another is yet not committed. 5.

Since these are the counter cases, both needs to be dealt simultaneously. In view of that, it shall be ensured that both cases shall be clubbed in one Court and to be dealt simultaneously.

The learned Judge, who is ceased with the case

2 911.apl.8.2022 arising out of Crime No.730 of 2021 (already committed), shall deal with another case after its committal.
