This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 89 days caused in filing the Second Appeal against judgment and decree dated 18.03.2024, passed in Regular Civil Appeal No. 9 of 2019. The delay is attributed to some medical reason. Documentary evidence in support of the same is filed alongwith application. The contents in the application are not denied by filing any counter.

In view of above, although the learned Advocate for the non-applicant No.2 opposes the application, delay of 89 days caused in filing the Second Appeal is hereby condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.

The delay is attributed to some medical reason. Documentary evidence in support of the same is filed alongwith application. The contents in the application are not disputed by filing any counter.

In view of above, although the learned Advocate for the non-applicant Nos.1, 3 and 4 opposes the application, delay of 86 days caused in filing the second appeal is hereby condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.
