SEPTEMBER 15, 2017 Though this case is coming for the first time, learned A.P.P. is ready with the matter. Not only that, he has tendered his reply on behalf of State. It is taken on record. Heard Mr. M. N. Ali, Advocate for applicant. The applicant, who is Principal, is facing charge of playing with private parts of the girl aged about 10 years. Not only that, from the reply it appears that he is in habit of touching other girls also in such a manner.

It is never expected of a Principal that he should indulge in such heinous and obnoxious acts of playing with private parts of the girl aged about 10 years, who has not even attained the age of puberty. In such cases, Court should not show any indulgence and sympathy. Therefore, though the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present application, this Court is refusing such a prayer. The application is rejected.
