Though the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that in the present matter the challenge is raised to the removal of the petitioner. However, he failed to point out any order of removal of the petitioner as Chairman of respondent No.3 - Society. The prayer clause shows that the order dated 29.07.2022 is under challenge in the present petition, whereas, the said order is in respect of the procedure to be adopted if any Director or the Society is found to be involved in any corrupt practices during the election.

In the circumstances, I have no hesitation to observe that the petition is misconceived. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
