The respondent No.1, who is the claimant in claim petition under Section 22 of the Employee'

s Compensation Act, 1923, has filed this application for withdrawal of the compensation. 2.

Having gone through the records, particularly the grounds raised in the appeal memo, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation along with proportionate interest accrued thereon, subject to giving usual undertaking before the Commissioner Labour Court, Nagpur.

The civil application stands disposed of.
