He has produced on record extract of the outward register along with copy of the cheque indicating payment of that amount to the petitioner. Copy of extract of outward register and alongwith copy of cheque is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

In view of aforesaid it is clear that the directions issued in the writ petition have been complied with. The present proceedings are therefore disposed of.
