DATE : January 04, 2018 By this application it is prayed that the nonapplicants be restrained from creating third party rights in the suit property during pendency of the appeal. By order dated 01/10/2012 aforesaid ad interim relief came to be granted. Same is continuing even today. There is no reply filed to oppose the said prayer. Hence the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) and it is disposed of.
