The amount of compensation is deposited before this Court.

The delay is of 147 days and the same is caused due to administrative difficulties.

The application is strongly opposed by Shri Hussain learned Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 4.

Looking to the grounds mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAO) NO. 307 OF 2019 Heard learned Counsel Shri Hussain for respondent nos. 1 to 4.

As per his submission, the office has already deposited 60% amount of compensation in the fixed deposit in the name of minor respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4. By order dated 17.12.2018, this Court again directed to deposit 25% amount of compensation in the fixed deposit in addition to the compensation awarded in favour of minor.

Registry to report about the deposit of 60% plus 25% amount.
