CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1079 OF 2023 By this application the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the judgment dated 04.02.2022 passed by the Commissioner of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923.

Learned Advocate Mr. Vaidya holding for Mr. Kukday learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the amount of compensation is already deposited with the Commissioner.

In view of the said statement, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment dated 04.02.2022 passed by the Commissioner, Employee's Compensation Act, 1923 be stayed till final disposal of the Appeal.
