The applicants/respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in the court, for which learned counsel for the appellant has objected. However, considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find substance in the objection of the learned counsel for the appellant. As such, the application is partly allowed.

It appears that applicant No. 2 is a minor and therefore, as per the order of the learned Tribunal, the amount to the share of applicant No. 2 be invested in a fixed deposit till she attains the age of majority. Applicant No. 1 is directed to withdraw her share of 55% of the 75% amount on her furnishing the usual undertaking. 4.

Registrar (J) is directed to transmit 55% of the share out of the 75% of the amount of the applicant along with interest accrued thereon, in her bank account, on her furnishing usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry, within six weeks. He is further directed to invest the entire compensation amount to the
