Though the application is lacking in some necessary details, considering the fact that it is not opposed by the non-applicant/contesting party inasmuch as the reply is not filed, the delay is condoned. The civil application is allowed, however on condition that the applicant shall deposit the costs of Rs.2,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and produce the receipt on the record of the appeal till 20-3-2015, failing which this order shall stand recalled and the civil application and the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
