The learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue raised in this petition is covered by the order dated 27/02/2020, as passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8423/2019 (Shri Mahendra Dhirajlal Seth Vs Additional Commissioner, Nagpur and others), the operative part of which reads as under :

"7. In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to pay to the petitioner solatium and interest in terms of Section 23 (1-A) and (2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, and interest as per proviso to

0303wp6483.19.odt Section 28 thereof, on the enhanced compensation. The respondent shall make the said payment to the petitioner within a period of three months from today."

The above statement is accepted and recorded. 3.

Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, in light of the statements made by the learned Counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of para no.7 of the order dated 27/02/2020 as passed in Writ Petition No.8423/2019.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
