This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of matrimonial proceeding. Several opportunities were granted to the applicant to submit the correct address. By order dated 13.01.2023, last chance was granted to the applicant to furnish the correct address, which is not complied by the applicant. It is apparent that the applicant is not interested to proceed with this application, therefore matter was placed under the caption for dismissal.

Today, also none is present for applicant and no steps are taken to comply with the earlier order. In view of that application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
