The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 109 of 2022, registered with Police Station Arni, Tq. Arni, District: Yavatmal, for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code,1860.

In this case, the allegations of kidnapping are being made against the main accused Mahesh Khushal Rathod. Whereas, the allegations against the applicants are that they help the main accused. Till date, the main accused and the victim could not be tressed out and it is informed that their mobiles are switched off.

After going through the case-diary and the material collected against the applicants, who are in jail since 20/09/2022, I am of the opinion that, further custody rkn

81ba1259.2022.odt of the applicants is not necessary. Accordingly, I pass the following order.

a) The criminal application is allowed.

b) It is directed that the applicants shall be released on bail in Crime No. 109 of 2022, registered with Police Station Arni, Tq. Arni, District: Yavatmal, for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code,1860, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount for each of the applicants.

c) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when their presence is required. d) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

e) The applicants shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Police station without permission of the Court.

The criminal application is disposed of, accordingly.
