The only ground on which the successive application is moved is that son of the applicant is suffering from kidney disease and there is no-one to look after him.

After going through the record, it appears that the said ailment was diagnosed by the Doctor prior to rejection of the application of the applicant on 06/04/2022. The earlier application of the applicant was rejected on merits and as such in the above circumstances, it is clear that there is no change in circumstances after rejection of the first application.

Accordingly, the Criminal Application is rejected.
