Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to correct the date of order mentioned in paragraph 3 of the Application by substituting the date of order of District & Sessions Judge from 14.1.2015 to "30.1.2015". Leave granted.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after one week. Learned APP waives notice for both the respondents. This is an application seeking amendment in the petition by incorporating challenge to order passed by respondent no.2 dated 14.1.2015 and the learned District & Sessions Judge, Amravati dated 30.1.2015.

Considering the subject-matter of the petition and the

amendment sought to be effected, l Application is allowed and disposed of. The amendment be carried out forthwith. The copy of the amendment petition be served upon the respondents.
