Learned counsels for both sides submit that after matter was referred for mediation, same is settled and parties have agreed as per agreement, which is placed on record.
Perusal of agreement reveals that same is duly signed by applicant/husband and nonapplicant/wife Pranali. It also bears signatures of learned counsels for both the parties whereby issue involved in this revision is amicably settled. Application pending before this Court is a revision challenging order of grant of maintenance to non-applicant/wife, however considering the fact that issue is settled between parties by non-applicant/wife accepting Rs.11.00 Lacs, as one time settlement which .....2/-
she is allowed to withdraw, present revision is rendered infructuous. Hence, following order:
Criminal Revision Application stands disposed of in terms of settlement agreement on record with no orders as to costs.
