Heard Shri J.B. Kasat, the learned Advocate for the applicant and Ms. Taiwade, the learned AGP for the non-applicant nos. 2 and 3. None for the non-applicant no.1.

Though the reasons given by the applicant in the application praying for condonation of delay are not satisfactory, considering the interests of justice, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- by the applicant to the learned AGP. If the receipt showing the payment of costs is not produced by the applicant on the record of the First Appeal till 2nd March, 2015, this order shall stand recalled and the civil application and first appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
