NOVEMBER 13, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) In the present writ petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 22/04/2019 passed by District Superintendent of Land Records, Nagpur in Revenue Appeal No.26/2018-19, whereby application for condonation of delay came to be allowed.

3) Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner is having alternate and equally efficacious remedy of filing an appeal before the Deputy Director of Land Records. 4) In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of four weeks from today.

5) Time spent in prosecuting the present petition shall be taken into consideration by Appellate Authority while considering the application for condonation of delay. 6) Interim order to continue for a period of four weeks. All the points are kept open.
