Having considered the grounds raised in the appeal memo, the appeal is 'Admitted'.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 5.

Call for record and proceedings.

Civil Application No.110/2025 6.

The learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submitted that the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs. 80,13,206/- in the District Court, Yavatmal vide Demand Draft dated 19/12/2024, and therefore he urged for the grant of stay to the operation of the impugned judgment and award till the next date.

Having considered the above fact, in my view, it would be appropriate to grant a stay to the withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant till the next date.

Hence, the ad-interim stay is granted to the impugned judgment and order dated 31/07/2025 in Civil M.A. No.35/2020 till the next date.

It is made clear that till then, respondent No.1 is not entitled to withdraw the said amount.

Inform the learned Principal District Judge, Yavatmal, accordingly.

List the matter after eight weeks.
