By this application, the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment dated 31/03/2021 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority in LAC No.1404/AMT/YTL/ 2019.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest within a period of ten weeks, the impugned judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the Appeal. 3.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. rkn
