"1. Heard.

2. Perused the petition. The petitioner is seeking re-investigation in the matter when FIR itself is not lodged. The petitioner in the second prayer, however, has made a request seeking direction to lodge FIR against respondent Nos. 3 to 9.

3. In our view, the petitioner has alternative and efficacious remedy for redressal of his grievance under Section 175 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, more particularly, subsection (3) thereof.

4. The petitioner's counsel shall take instructions in the matter.

5. List in the week commencing from 15-9-2025." 2.
