54fa263.2022.odt C ivil Application (CAF) No. 510/2022 By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and award passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority in LAC No. 1401/AMT/YTL/2019 dated 31/03/2021.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest including the statutory benefits within a period of ten weeks, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and award passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority in LAC No. 1401/AMT/YTL/2019 dated 31/03/2021 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
