Heard.

The applicants, apprehending arrest in crime registered against them for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 364A, 452, 323, 325 326 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, have sought pre-arrest bail. The crime is registered against four persons including the applicants. After hearing for some time, it is noticed that the applicants have not stated about criminal antecedents which according to me is one of the relevant factor while considering the prayer made in this application. As the relevant details are not placed on record the application is dismissed with liberty to the applicants to file fresh application, if so advised. JUDGE Tambaskar.
