Despite several opportunities granted and directions issued, since August 2015, the appellant has not filed the private paper-book. The appellant has also not complied with the order dated 07.08.2018 vide which the appellant was directed to pay costs of Rs. 500/-. 2.

It is apparent that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

The appellant is directed to pay costs of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) and to file private paper-book within two weeks.

If the appellant fails to pay cost or to file private paper-book as aforestated the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court.
