The applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition imposed in Court's order dated 18.10.2024 passed in Criminal Application (BA) No.883/2024, not to enter in the vicinity of city Khamgaon, District Buldhana till the culmination of the trial except attending the Court.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant's father is suffering from cancer. There is no one to take care of him. He has to take his father to Aurangabad from Khamgaon for treatment, therefore, permit him to enter the City Khamgaon only to take his father and bring him back to Khamgaon.

Considering the health issue of the father of the applicant, the condition is relaxed.

The applicant is allowed to enter the City Khamgaon whenever he has to take his father to Aurangabad for medical treatment. He is not permitted to stay in the said city for any other purpose.

The applicant to produce the medical certificate on record regarding medical treatment from the concerned hospital as and when he visited the hospital for treatment purpose.
