In view of the objection raised by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 that there exists an alternate remedy of approaching the Debt Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, Shri H. D. Dangre, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal.
