By the order dated 15.06.2022 the respondent no.2 was directed to be served by Registered Post. It appears that the respondent no.2 has been served by the petitioner by issuing the notice through Speed Post. By filing pursis, the Track Consignment Report is placed on record which shows that the notice has been delivered on the respondent no.2 on 15.10.2022. Hence the objection with regard to improper service does not survive. Consequently, the civil application is disposed of.
