This application is filed for relaxation of condition imposed while granting the bail. The condition imposed by this Court is not to leave Gadchiroli district, without prior permission of the District Judge.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has stated that the applicant is suspended and he has to attend Bhandara Office twice in a week. Moreover, his daughter is staying in Nagpur and he has to visit her at Nagpur. Hence prayed to relax the condition of prior permission to leave jurisdiction of Gadchiroli district. Kavita

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned APP.

As the applicant is suspended and has to attend Bhandara district and is required to leave Gadchiroli for official work, the condition not to leave jurisdiction of Gadchiroli Police Station is relaxed on the condition that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station twice in a month i.e. on every 2nd and 4th Saturday between 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
