This petition arises out of disqualification proceedings under the provisions of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958.

ii.

By the order impugned respondent no.3-the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur has remanded the matter back to respondent no.4- the Additional Collector, Bhandara for deciding it afresh.

iii.

Considering the fact that the order is of remand, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is dismissed.

iv.

The respondent no.4-the Additional Collector shall endeavour to decide the proceedings in question as early
