The appellant/applicant is seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal.

The appellant would submit that the compensation amount has been already paid to the claimant, but, the limited challenge is to the extent of award of interest. The appellant has deposited the amount of interest in this Court.

In view of that, the execution of the

Order 2012caf3981.18 impugned judgment and award is stayed till the disposal of the First Appeal. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
