As the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that, the petitioner is intending to file a suit in respect of the dispute involved in the present petition, I am of the opinion that whatever may be the outcome of the suit, it will be binding upon the Revenue Authorities.

In the circumstances, as the present writ petition relates to the revenue entry recorded in the name of the respondent Nos.7 and 8, the petition can be disposed of with liberty to apply afresh to the Revenue Authorities in accordance with the outcome of the suit.

Similarly, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach to the concerned Talathi under Section 150 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, if he so desires, for recording entry as nd.thawre

25wp7910-2018.odt regards dispute. On filling such application, the Talathi shall take necessary action in accordance with law.
