By this application, the respondents are seeking extension of time to deposit the arrears of salary of the petitioners.

It is pointed out that this court by order dated 2.9.2025 granted two weeks time to the respondents for further compliance in relation to back-wages in its entirety. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents pointed out that out of the amount calculated by them towards the arrears of salary of the petitioners comes to Rs.3,60,78,405/-. This amount is disputed by the petitioners. However, it is admitted that Rs.1,51,25,127/- has been deposited by the respondents on 19.4.2025 and further Rs.50,00,000/- deposited on 30.8.2025. 4.

Hence, considering this fact, I am of the opinion that further four weeks time can be granted to the respondents to deposit the balance amount. However, it is made clear that if the respondents failed to deposit the amount as undertaking is

2 45cacan91.25.odt given, then the respondents will have to remain present before this Court, otherwise this court will pass appropriate orders in the matter.
