This application is made for transit anticipatory bail. The crime in question was registered on 06.08.2022 at Banjara Hills Police Station, District Hyderabad. This application is made today on 21.10.2022. This fact itself would be sufficient to reject the prayer made in this application. It is further seen that there is no statement in the application as to when the applicant came to know about registration of this crime. The learned Advocate across the bar submits that recently the applicant came to know about it. This statement cannot be accepted as a gospel truth. No case is made out for the relief sought for.
